The vulnerable loved one. They simply use their phone case as normal. SPEAR Shield works silently in the background. No action required from them.
Guardian
A designated family member or trusted contact. When SPEAR Shield detects a high-risk call, the Guardian receives an immediate alert through the companion app with the opportunity to intervene before any harm occurs.
